A Glimpse inside the Aadii Mesh Clinic

An overseas client reached out for a distance session. She had been moving through some extraordinarily deep emotional patterns and arrived feeling a little frayed at the edges, discombobulated, exhausted and physically depleted. Alongside this was physical pain that, at times, seemed to grab hold of her body and stop her movement. She described herself as emerging from a deep dive into her own psyche.

There had been months of courageous inner work, swimming with the natural current of life’s river, meeting deeply held emotional patterns, exploring old belief structures and diving into the personal stories that had shaped her experience. Through this process, she had arrived at a much deeper understanding of herself.

Her inner transformation had moved rapidly. Now her physical and energetic bodies were calling loudly for support as they integrated the magnitude of that change. This is an aspect of healing that continually fascinates me: we can experience an enormous shift in consciousness, understanding or emotional awareness, while the physical body is still finding its way into relationship with the person we are becoming.

During our distance session, I had the privilege of becoming the witness — reflecting back to her the depth of the journey she had already travelled before bringing in planetary frequencies to support her presenting symptoms, integration, recalibration and reordering.

I have found Sedna frequencies particularly beautiful during periods of profound transition. Sedna is a distant body within our solar system whose extraordinarily long orbit carries a quality that, within the symbolic and therapeutic language of my practice, I associate with deep transformation and emergence.

My Professor of Chinese Medicine has often described Sedna through the imagery of butterfly wings — the emergence from the chrysalis, when the previous form has completed its purpose and a new expression of self is finding its way into being.

Following intense inner work, I often think of Sedna as helping us find a new home tone. There can be a space between who we have been and who we are becoming. The old internal architecture has shifted, while the new one is still settling into form.

Rather than continually reaching upward or outward, these sessions offer an invitation to bring our transformation home, deep into the inner self:

• • Can this new awareness come all the way into my physical being?
  • Can I fully inhabit the person I have become?
  • Can my body find safety, rhythm and coherence within this new place of being?

Returning to our deep constitutional reserves

There is another pattern I have been witnessing frequently in clinic, a profound tiredness. Sometimes it feels deeper than ordinary fatigue. I think of it as a kind of soul tiredness, an exhaustion that can accompany long periods of change, emotional processing, caregiving, heightened awareness or deep personal transformation. These experiences ask something of the physical body too.

Within Chinese Medicine, this brings my attention toward our constitutional Qi and Blood, the deep reserves from which the body draws its capacity to sustain, restore and regulate itself. Whether I am sitting physically beside someone in clinic or working with them across distance, I begin by listening.

In person, the pulse beneath my fingers gives me an extraordinary window into the movement, balance and reserves of the system. During distance work, I listen through the energetic and intuitive architecture of my practice, consulting with the divine hologram (the client's original energetic blueprint) and higher self, alongside their physical presentation, history and our conversation.

During distance sessions, the frequencies are sounded within my clinic and applied through the energetic and geometric architecture of the client’s field, guided by the information arising through our consultation, by my amazing spirit team and the client's higher self.

From there, support may be directed toward the Kidney field and constitutional reserves, Blood, bones and marrow, the central nervous system, circadian rhythms, endocrine and adrenal fields, always according to what the individual session is asking for.

At the heart of this is a very simple intention: Return to the centre from which everything else can reorganise.

Sometimes transformation asks us to expand. Sometimes it asks us to release.

And sometimes, after travelling a very long way within ourselves, the deepest medicine is simply to come home to the body and allow it to catch up with the journey of the soul.
